Privacy policy

For each player in a competition:

• your display name (shown on the competition's public page)
• optional contact details your organiser adds (email and/or phone number)
• your weekly team picks and results
• whether your entry fee and any buy-backs have been marked paid

Solely to run the competition you joined: tracking picks, applying results, showing standings, and letting your organiser see who has paid. In UK-GDPR terms, processing is necessary to provide the competition you signed up to (contract) and for the organiser's legitimate interest in running it.

• Your competition organiser (admin) sees everything above.
• The public standings page shows display names, pick history, and in/out status only — never contact details. Current-week picks stay hidden until the competition's reveal rule opens them.
• The platform operator can access stored data for maintenance.

• We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
• No marketing, no advertising, no analytics trackers.
• No payment processing — money changes hands directly between you and your organiser, outside the app. We only record a paid/unpaid flag.

Essential session cookies for organiser and operator sign-in only. Players don't sign in and get no cookies at all. Nothing is used for tracking.

Player data lives as long as the competition does. When a competition is removed, its player data is deleted with it.

Ask your competition organiser — the person who sent you your pick link. They can correct your name or contact details, or remove you entirely. For anything platform-level, contact the operator via this link. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
